Does the tour still go out if it rains?
Tours will still go out in the rain, but it depends on the forecast and the conditions of the weather, but if someone doesn’t feel comfortable going out in rainy weather they are free to reschedule.
How far in advance do you need to book a tour?
All tours should be booked 24hours in advance but there are some tours that we can book less than 24hours.
How long are the tours?
All tours has a different time length, but all tours range from one (1) to eight (8) hours
Who provides transfers?
Some of the tours selected by Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. provide you with a pick-up from your resort or villa, but for those that doesn’t it will Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. pleasure in arranging transportation with an additional fee, but at the time of booking we will state requirements for transportation.
Is it possible to do two tours in one day?
It is very much possible to do two tours in one day as various different tours goes out in one day – however different times.
Do we need to take cash with us?
Yes, some of our tours will make stops at gift shops and souvenir shops, and you may want to purchase souvenirs or other items.
How much cash should we take and do they accept U.S. currency?
You can take as much cash as you so wish and here in the TCI, U.S is the only currency accepted – however you can change other currencies at the Banks.
Do we have to tip our Tour Guides or Drivers? How much do you think we should give?
Tipping is accepted on all tours but when it comes to the amount it is at your own discretion.
Will there be somewhere to leave our personal items while on the tour?
Yes there is somewhere to store personal items; on all trips there are compartments to store items.

What should we wear for the tour?
We recommend comfortable clothing option to be wore on tours or beach swim suits where applied, but when booking we will ensure to inform you on your style of dress.
What does the price of the tour include?
The cost of the tour includes round trip transfers, entrance to the tour site and lunch depending on the tour chosen.
Will we be refunded if our flight is cancelled?
If there is a cancellation in the flight you should contact Island Tours & Excursions at 1+ (649)-941-8457 and it would be our pleasure to reschedule your tour at the same cost.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are made very easy with Island Tours & Excursions. We understand that things happen and we will try with our best efforts to accommodate all your changes. At Island Tours & Excursions, we try to limit cancellations fee to ensure reliability when booking.
For tours cancelled outside of the following time periods, cancellation fees may be applicable, as follows:
- For cancellations seventy two (72) hours or more before the time of the reservation, there will be no fees charged.
- For cancellations forty-Eight (48) hours or less before the time of the reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental instruction fee (as appropriate) will be charged.
- In the case of cancellation less than twenty four hours before the time of the reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the rental/instruction fee (as appropriate).
Can I cancel or reschedule my tour when I get to my destination?
It is possible to cancel or reschedule tours once you arrive to your destination but please pay close attention to our cancellation policies in regards to cancelling.

Can I give a tour as a gift?
Yes you can, and once booking the excursion as a gift for friends, family or clients we can discuss easy payment forms and give you all details the person(s) will need receiving the gift.
Are there tours for children?
We have tours that accommodate children from different age group, you can contact us on 1+ (649)-941-8457and we will give suggestions to tours and excursion best suitable for kids.
Who will our tour guides be?
We at Island Tours & Excursions ensure that all tours booked is provided with fully trained staff and professional to ensure a Fun, Safe and memorable trip. Along with booking we will give you the individual name or company name of whom you are scheduled to meet with.
Where do we meet for pick up?
When you book your trip with Island Tours & Excursions we will indicate where your Rep will be awaiting for you as some pick-ups are done in your lobby or in front at your beach access.
Can I book a private trip?
Yes you are able to book your own private customize trip and when booking with Island Tours & Excursions we will specify trip that can be done privately.
Is there a weight limit for tours?
Most of our tours don’t require a weight limit but when booking with Island Tours & Excursions we will specify at the time of booking if there is a weight requirement.
