Deepsea Fishing

A twenty to thirty minute drive out on our beautiful waters with experienced captains right off shore to sport fish for Tuna, Mahi-mahi, Sail Fish and Wahoo just to name a few. You will go trolling in the TCI waters hoping to bring back a meal or even just having some good old fun. You can decide to go with a group of persons sharing the same passion as you about fishing or you can even decide to have the boat for just you and your family and friends with cold beverages on board. Can you imagine all this just minutes away from our lovely beaches on a boat ranging from 25ft to 45ft.

I/WE HEREBY INDEMNIFY Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. against and HEREBY RELEASE the said Island Tours & Excursions Ltd from any and all claims by whomsoever brought arising out of in any way pertaining to the use by Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. and by any third party of any water sport equipment, boat, plane and car vessels, wind-surfer, surf-board, water-skis, ATV quads, Jet Skis or related paraphernalia owned, operated or lent on hire or otherwise by the said Island Tours & Excursions Ltd and any activities related thereto.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this indemnity and release shall cover all claims whether founded in negligence, contract, or otherwise.
This indemnity and release, the activities referred to herein, and any and all claims referred to herein shall be governed by laws of the Turks and Caicos Island and Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. hereby submit to the exchange jurisdiction of the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands in relation thereto.
For the purposes hereof, Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. shall include its’ and each of its employees, representatives, servants, agents, subcontractors and licensees.
Cancellation Fees
A. In the case of cancellations 8 days or more before the time of the reservation, there will be no fees charged.
B. In the case of cancellations 7 days or less before the time of the reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental instruction fee (as appropriate) will be charged.
C. In the case of cancellations 3 days or less before the time of the reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the rental/instruction fee (as appropriate) will be charged.
