Bone Fishing

With over many miles of shallow flats, here in the TCI is known as one of the best places in the world to bone fish, and is probably the most favorable kind of fishing by most boat captains. With the engine being off enjoying the peace and quiet mind set and just polling into the bone fishing nesting grounds which is about 3ft to 5ft of water to enjoy a mind blowing experience, where you are likely to catch fish. Even though it is a catch and release sport it is still as breath taking and fascinating as the other types of fishing. With bone fishing it is a smaller boat that can only take three people, which one will be the captain, this is a very fun and relaxing sport!

I/WE HEREBY INDEMNIFY Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. against and HEREBY RELEASE the said Island Tours & Excursions Ltd from any and all claims by whomsoever brought arising out of in any way pertaining to the use by Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. and by any third party of any water sport equipment, boat, plane and car vessels, wind-surfer, surf-board, water-skis, ATV quads, Jet Skis or related paraphernalia owned, operated or lent on hire or otherwise by the said Island Tours & Excursions Ltd and any activities related thereto.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this indemnity and release shall cover all claims whether founded in negligence, contract, or otherwise.
This indemnity and release, the activities referred to herein, and any and all claims referred to herein shall be governed by laws of the Turks and Caicos Island and Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. hereby submit to the exchange jurisdiction of the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands in relation thereto.
For the purposes hereof, Island Tours & Excursions Ltd. shall include its’ and each of its employees, representatives, servants, agents, subcontractors and licensees.
Cancellation Fees
A. In the case of cancellations 8 days or more before the time of the reservation, there will be no fees charged.
B. In the case of cancellations 7 days or less before the time of the reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental instruction fee (as appropriate) will be charged.
C. In the case of cancellations 3 days or less before the time of the reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the rental/instruction fee (as appropriate) will be charged.
